🌿Forest School needs: Conkers, Pinecones, Acorns 🌿

If you'd like to go on an Autumn treasure hunt for these this weekend, we'd be very grateful for lots to be brought in next week to give to your class teacher or Miss Durkin.

Our Forest School theme for this half-term is "Arts & Crafts with Natural Resources", we can't wait to show you what we make over the next couple of weeks!

Some top tips for collecting:
🌿Remember to leave plenty for the squirrels and other animals! 🐿️
🌿Store your treasures spread out on some newspaper if they're wet to dry out, so they don't go mouldy
🌿Have fun! 😊

Key Stage 1 have loved their first DT lesson exploring how you use your senses when cooking and eating. We made rainbow wraps by grating and ribboning fruits and vegetables. Then we made a dressing to give our wraps flavour. They were very tasty!
