AK Personal Training Ten years ago I started this journey with a passion for helping people become stronger, healthier, and more confident in themselves. I could never have imagined the incredible experiences, friendships, and opportunities that would come from it. ❤️
Over the last decade, I’ve had the privilege of working with such a wide range of amazing people! From everyday individuals taking their first steps into fitness, to young children building confidence through movement, all the way to elite level Olympians performing at the very highest standard. Every single client, athlete, and supporter has played a part in shaping my journey. 😃
I’m also incredibly proud to have worked alongside local charities over the years, helping to raise money and awareness for important causes within the community. Being able to give back through fitness has always meant a great deal to me! 🙌🏻🤝
Reaching 10 years in business is something I’m truly proud of, and I know none of it would have been possible without the trust, loyalty, and support of my clients, friends, family, and community. Thank you to everyone who has supported me, trained with me, recommended me, or simply believed in what I do. 🥲
