Football's Coming Home! ⚽🏴

England take on Norway in the quarter-final tomorrow evening, and the team at Intec are looking forward to cheering on the Three Lions!

In between speaking with employers about developing their teams through apprenticeships, we took a few minutes to get into the football spirit. There were flags, a rendition of Three Lions, and a taste test of Walkers' English Bangers & Mash crisps… let's just say the reviews were mixed!

We're hoping England can continue their impressive run and book their place in the semi-finals.

Good luck to the Three Lions from everyone at Intec! Enjoy the match, and let us know your score predictions in the comments. ⚽

A huge congratulations to Oliver for achieving a distinction in his Supply Chain Warehouse Operative Level 2 apprenticeship 👏

It’s great to hear how supported Oliver felt throughout his apprenticeship, thanks to our tutor, Ian, who provided guidance, feedback, and encouragement every step of the way.

“Anything I was stuck on was a matter of a quick email to Ian and I would get all the support I need.”

Thank you for your lovely feedback, Oliver, and well done again on a brilliant achievement! 🎉

Be honest… how many versions of ‘FINAL’ does your business currently have?

If reporting relies on multiple spreadsheets, manual workarounds, and a bit of guesswork, you’re not alone.

But stronger data capability can make a real difference.

Our Level 3 Data Technician apprenticeship helps organisations develop practical skills in collecting, organising, analysing, and presenting data, supporting better reporting, smarter decision-making, and improved efficiency.

Whether you're looking to upskill an existing team member or bring in new talent, apprenticeships can help build the skills your business needs.

Too much data, not enough insight? 📊

Many organisations are collecting more information than ever before, but turning that data into meaningful insight takes the right skills.

If any of the signs sound familiar, it may be time to strengthen your team’s data capability.

A great day at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire for Learning at Work Week! 💙

Kayley and Jack are here today speaking with staff about apprenticeships, skills development, and recruitment opportunities through Intec.

It was brilliant to have so many conversations about learning in the workplace, career development, and how apprenticeships can support both individuals and organisations to grow.

Learning happens in many ways, and some of the most impactful learning happens at work.

This Learning at Work Week, we’re celebrating the power of developing skills in real working environments.

For employers, creating a culture of learning is not just good for employee development. It can support productivity, retention, succession planning, and long-term business growth.

At Intec, we work with employers across England to help build skills through apprenticeship programmes that deliver practical, workplace-focused learning.

Whether you’re developing existing employees or bringing in new talent, apprenticeships offer a structured way to strengthen skills while keeping learning relevant to your organisation.

This year’s Learning at Work Week theme, Many Ways to Learn, is a great reminder that investing in people is investing in your business.

If you’re reviewing your workforce development plans, exploring apprenticeship recruitment, or looking to upskill your existing team, now is a great time to start the conversation.
