So…y’all know I’m a yogi, bendy…but did you know I’m an author? So far I have three books out in a book series! (More on the way!)

This Saturday morning 11-3pm at St Francis of Assisi, 110 Warwick Road, Kenilworth, Warwickshire, CV8 1HL you can join me and a bunch of other local awesome authors to see our work, AND grab yourself a great new read, and/or some fabulous Christmas presents! (Yes I said the ‘C’ word!)

I know some of you will be thinking, where is book four!?!! And I hear you, but it’s with the editor AND I respond so much more to hearing this in person 😉 so come say hi if you’re around! I would love to see you!

Any questions, please message me!

And yes, I can sign books for you! That’s my favourite thing!

What kind of books are these?! Well…thrillers really, it’s a book series, and you can check out reviews of it here:

What was once a dream…

Sometimes I pinch myself, the things I achieve seem so far from where I started.

I started, only on the machines. I thought yoga was dull and boring and slow.

Now I don’t touch machines. But I do know that yoga is amazing, mindful, transformative and such a personal journey.

This is why I love my job. Because the more I peel away the layers of myself and learn more about my body, the more I have to offer my students.

Most of my classes are at gyms at the moment, but if you’d like to start or restart your yoga, or just come along for an extra class with me, you can join me on Sunday mornings, 10-11am Hatha yoga at Cubbington Village Hall, or join from home via Zoom.

£10pp or 5 class passes for £48 (no expiration)

Questions? Just message me. Want to join the group WhatsApp group to stay up to date? Message me.

Your body is amazing, and so are you. ⭐️

Mother-yoga-hood is for real!

Love this girl, she is a joy, and I definitely need to get her, her own mini yoga mat! We have our happy baby pose nailed!

Loving teaching at the moment, everyone is working so hard on their own individual projects, it’s wonderful to see.

Stay the course! Give yourself grace! 😘

Happy New Year everyone!

Hope you all celebrated in your own way with those that matter the mostest!

Lovely walk today to welcome in the new year! Hope you have a list of things you’d like to achieve in 2023 written somewhere inside your mind (if not in a special book!)! Some of mine are…

❤️ This year I want to spend loads of time with this little dance monkey, enjoying every second I can of her joy, curiosity and sharing everything I can to help her grow and learn.

📖 I have some amazing training courses to start and finish that means I can offer more to my students and clients, and help me grow my skills and myself personally.

🤸‍♀️ I want to concrete my handstand practice and attempt to get my handstand press! (Oh gosh!)

🏝️ I’m going to take time for myself and find a good balance between work and play.

Question 🙋‍♀️ What are yours? Does it include overcoming pain, or recovering from an injury/surgery? Do you want to find some calm, a peacefulness? Do you want something to change and not sure where to start?

Those are all awesome objectives, and I would love to help you with them - I’ve been exactly where you have. Yoga, mindfulness, massage, healing treatments are all powerful tools, especially when used together or mixed in with other holistic therapies or movement. 🙏

Don’t be scared by how big some of your goals are. Be excited. 🥳
