It’s Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas! 🎄✨

We can’t quite believe we are saying this already, but the festive season is almost upon us! We are absolutely thrilled to invite you all to our annual Shine a Light Day Nursery Christmas Fair.

We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to create a magical event for all our children, families, and the local community. It’s the perfect way to get into the festive spirit!

Here is everything you need to know:

📅 DATE: Saturday 21st November 2026 ⏰

TIME: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM 📍

LOCATION: Shine a Light Day Nursery (8 St Phillip's Dr, Royton, Oldham OL2 6AE)

We have so much planned for the day, including:

🎅 A visit to Santa’s Grotto! 🛍️ Local Craft Stalls (Perfect for finding unique Christmas gifts) 🍲 Festive Food & Drink

This is a fantastic opportunity to support the nursery and local crafters, enjoy some festive treats, and see your little ones having a wonderful time.

🎟️ Tickets: Tickets will be on sale very soon—keep an eye on our page for the announcement!

🎈 Calling all Local Crafters! We still have a limited number of stall spaces available it is a £20 deposit to secure the space, If you would like to showcase your crafts at our fair, please give us a call on 0161 3768659 for more information.

🌟 This Week at Shine a Light Nursery 🌟

What a wonderful week we’ve had!

We’ve been busy celebrating both Red Nose Day ❤️ and Eid 🌙, learning about the importance of kindness, giving, and different cultures. The children really enjoyed taking part in fun activities and sharing these special occasions together.

Our younger class also had a lovely trip to the field, where they explored, played, and enjoyed the fresh air 🌿. We were so lucky with the weather and made the most of the sunshine ☀️!

It’s been a week full of smiles, learning, and special moments 💛
