What if there was an easy way to share the new KCSIE 2026 document, run a quiz on it, and get a certificate at the end?

Every year we see the same pattern: schools upload the new Keeping Children Safe in Education document to our compliance manager, ask staff to "read it," and hope the message lands.

So we've built something to make that easier.

Our new KCSIE 2026 course on the DPE portal includes:

πŸ“„ The full KCSIE 2026 document, ready to share
🎬 A summary video covering what's changed
βœ… A short quiz to check understanding
πŸ† An auto-issued certificate on completion, for your records

Just a simple, trackable way to get the whole team up to speed.

From accidental "Reply All" email blunders to the massive rise in targeted phishing scams, school staff are on the absolute frontline of data defence.

Why data protection training is a non-negotiable for your team:

Meeting DfE Standards: The DfE explicitly expects annual, trackable cyber security and data training for all staff with network access.

The Safeguarding Link: A data breach involving a vulnerable student isn't just a compliance issue; it’s a direct breach of Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) guidelines.

SAR Readiness: With Subject Access Requests on the rise, staff need to understand "email hygiene" and what legally must be handed over to parents.

The 72-Hour Clock: If a breach happens, your staff need to recognise it instantly to trigger the mandatory 72-hour ICO reporting window.

Saying "we didn't know" or "it was an honest mistake" is not a safety net.

πŸ“… Protect your school. Empower your staff.

We are running our FREE data protection training sessions in September.
