Can't fill the pool, so we've frozen sea life creatures in to blocks of ice.

What a massive difference the weather has made this week.

The nice cool mornings have allowed us to visit 3 different parks, we had a picnic on Monday.

The children all enjoyed blackberry picking on Tuesday, half of them were eaten there and then, but some made it home for snack time.

Yesterday we went on a lovely woodland walk, we all did bark rubbing, observed some stripy caterpillars and then sat and ate melon on a fallen tree branch.

Then today we went to soft play.

It's been lovely getting out again and not worrying about the extreme heat.

It's been a hot and sticky week, but we've kept cool with water play and lots of 'James' made shade in the garden 😎
