Roydon Early Years A friendly but professional setting welcoming children aged from 18 months. We run mainly outside but have full use of the indoor area too.

Previously known as "Roydon Pre-School" we registered as a "co-operative social enterprise" in 2012, hence the name change to "Roydon Early Years"
As a setting we run from Roydon Village Hall and have been running since 1974. Welcoming children from 18 months. We are a thriving community group run by an excellent team of 6 staff and we are a non profit making group so are able to keep fees low.

We are now full until September 2028! I'm often asked if it is too early to register a child, the answer is it's never too early โค๏ธ we've had children registered with us from birth ready to start when they are 18 months. The best advice I can give anyone thinking about childcare for the future is to visit settings and get your child registered as early as they allow.
Thank you to all our past, present, and registered for the future families, we wouldn't be where we are (in our 52nd year!) without your wonderful Littlies ๐Ÿฅบ๐Ÿฅฐ

I just wanted to wish all the littlies lots of luck for starting school tomorrow - you're all going to be AMAZING! (Lots of luck to all the parents too!) Please let us know how everyone gets on - we would love to hear all about it. I'm really rather excited about being back at pre-school tomorrow....Looking forward to catching up with all the news from the summer, and welcoming all our new little ones over the next few weeks ๐Ÿฅฐ

It's been a very emotional week doing everything for the last time with our Littlies who are moving on to school in September, but we've made lots more memories with them ๐Ÿ’– and of course we've finished with a bouncy castle party - with thanks to the fabulous VRP Castles โ˜บ๏ธ
