Some outdoor water play today! The holidays have been busy so far!
I am a term time only setting, but do sometimes work in the holidays if I’m available and the parents need some childcare ☺️

We had an enjoyable romp round a local national trust today. We love the national trust natural play areas so much and we added an extra couple of hours to our 1000 hours outside challenge for 2026! We are now at 610 hours 🙌🏼☀️

Back to reality tomorrow after a glorious holiday celebrating my eldest finishing his GCSE’s ❤️

Yesterday we wandered around bedgebury, doing the room on the broom trail. We learnt about high up and low down while searching for the witches bow. And we did a lot of walking and running ☺️
We are racking up the outside hours now for 2026 ☺️
Don’t be fooled by the beautiful blue sky…we spent quite a while sheltering under a tunnel in the playground because yet again I forgot coats…😂🤦🏽‍♀️ I’m a total calamity and yet we have so much fun so it’s fine 👀👌🏼

Something for everyone!! The after school children turned todays tuff tray activity into a lemonade stand 😂👍🏼 it just goes to show that play can be extended whatever a child’s age ☺️
