It’s a podcasting day! I’ve just recorded an incredible conversation for my own pod, with a mum who’s 12 year old daughter lost an eye a year ago (first time I’ve shared tears with a guest on my own pod🫶). And now I’m off to be a guest Sarah the absolute force Sarah Knight 🔥💪

Food is art!

This year I’ve had the best time making art from the incredible food local restaurant creates. I’ve been working with them since the start of the year (creating and managing all of their website and social content head to their profile to see more work by my fair hand).

To be immersed with such a passionate team and work through all of the seasons with them, watching their art wind and change with the year, has been a joy! Looking forward to more throughout cosy season 🍂🫶

Marking the Autumn Equinox in the most delicious way. Making a beautiful autumn mandala (with the help of my lovely friend ). Holding space for women to turn inwards, rest deeply & come back to themselves. Sharing the food I made with love. Watching the light turn from a golden shimmer to darkness. And then playing my bowls under the light of an incredible full moon, was an all round magical experience! Thank you for providing the perfect space.

Excited to bring you a new offering… my Autumn Sound Immersion & Supper.

The first of many beautiful events I will be holding to help ease people back to themselves and create space for deep rest, authentic connection and nourishing community.

Friday 25th September at The Tribe in Berry Pomeroy (just outside Totnes). Together we’ll sink deep into a beautiful cocoon of deep rest and relaxation, and then come back to earth (and wake up before having to drive home!) with a lovely shared supper.

A moment in time, captured in my garden. No special glasses and no big celebration, just quietly watching these life giving beauties pass each other by. The second solar eclipse I’ve witnessed. Feel a lot older and wiser this time around. If only young me knew what lay ahead. I’d have told her to do a few things differently… Don’t waste your time marring a dweeb and don’t get on that boat would be the main ones. Happy solstice folks 🤣

I’m starting Sunday leading a gorgeous 1:1 yoga session, noticed this this cute little fox on my walk there. He reminded me Yoga doesn’t have to be serious all the time. Playfulness, joy and lightness can fill this space too ✨

👆The 3 faces of a girl about to make another brave move ✨🚀

Today is my last day of a job that no longer fits… because life and creativity has been bursting around it!!

I’ll be leaving the comfort of a guaranteed (part time) salary to go back to fully freelance.

I’m so grateful for everything that this job has given and taught me…I’ll certainly never look at trees in the same way again! But now it’s time for another brave move… boldly stepping back into fully freelance life 💪💪

I’ll be spending my summer supporting a number of hyper-local clients with their regular content creation and marketing. Building on my speaking career. Pouring time and love into my podcast. Holding beautiful restorative space for others. And immersing myself in a gloriously creative film project on Exmoor, North Devon. So just a few bits to keep me out of trouble 🙃

Going back to freelance life and being my own boss feels exciting, scary, courageous, powerful, creative, intrepid and right. Something in my soul is stirring and evolving and I can’t quite put my finger on it yet but I can’t wait to “be with” and see how it unfolds. No longer scared of the unknown … it’s not difficult it’s just different! 💪🚀🌀✌️
