On Wednesday we invited our kindergarten parents in for a cuppa and a Watercolour Workshop with Jennifer. They thoroughly enjoyed it and now understand more about the Waldorf Water colour painting we do each week in Kindergarten 🖌️🫟

Beautiful week at CONKERS LIFE this week. All the weathers but days filled with laughter, joy, learning and love. We ended kindergarten with our family “get together “ where we chatted through our Ethos, our rhythms, our team and ate cake !
Parent and child group this morning full of sunshine, giggles, apple boats and splashing feet!

What fun we've had in the first two weeks of our current Parent and Child blocks. Great to see returning families and welcoming new families into our conkermunity 💚 Such a beautiful term being able to notice summer fade into autumn and lots of seasonal fun planned. What a lovely week with our Kindergarten children. Conkers café is in full swing in our mud kitchen; we've been doing some real cooking too, making a delicious apple & blackberry crumble with our foraged berries and preparing a hedgerow ketchup with tomatoes from our polytunnel. We also used some of the blackberries for beautiful blackberry tie dye and blackberry play dough! Farmer Dan caused great excitement by coming with his tractor and trailer to collect the hay bales - the children even got to go inside 🚜

We can't wait to see what next week brings 💚
