Good evening All,
I hope you are all keeping well.
Just an update some of our lovely brookhill team
(Megan Rachel Annie and toyah) have found a new setting Lime tree in herringthorpe and have settled in very well.
We have places available should any of you still need a new setting. We would love to see some of you join us in our new adventure ❤️
It is with greatest sadness that we have to say good bye to you all.
I would like to thank you all for the continued support and wish you and your children well for the future.
I will forever hold a special place for brookhill and I am proud to work for alpha-nurseries 💜

Please can all parent’s look out for an email/observation on tapestry
We have worked very hard to get this back up and running - please inform Megan if you have not yet received an email or haven’t seen a picture of your child uploaded by the end of next week .
I would like to remind you all that we love sharing children’s learning and development opportunities but it is vital we don’t spend to much time uploading documents - please expect to see 1 to 2 documents per week as the most important thing to us as a setting is spending time at your child’s level and being involved in there play 😊

A lot of parent’s may have noticed that children are bringing home crafts that may not always hold a clear representation … this year and following from now we have noticed the importance of children being able to demonstrate there own take on things and creating marks that has meaning to them rather than what the adult wants to see (eg snowman hand print) as lovely as these are it takes away the creative minds of children and the process of what the child is aiming to achieve You will also notice children may not always bring craft pictures home but we provide much more craft/messy activities that children can explore than just a piece of paper.
We hope that you agree with us that it is all about the process rather than the end product! 😊
