2 great sessions tonight. Lots of hard work and also lots of fun. Didn't get chance to take many pics or videos tonight as we had lots of work to do in preperation for gradings.

The Kata class is proving to be very popular and it is showing in everyone's ability.

Busy start to the week at sukoshi Ryu.
At the Union Club in Masbrough.

17 in the first class. Worked on Kata, punchbag work then finished off with a game of Zombie catcher. Unfortunately i forgot to take photos of the first class.

13 in the second class. Worked on kumite defence and some takedowns too.

Great work from everyone who attended tonight.

Tough, warm day yesterday at the Yanagi Kai Championships in Manchester. A very well run competition, and the standard of athletes competing was fantastic.

No medals for us on this occasion but some great performaces from all our students and lots of valuable lessons learned.
Really proud of all who competed.

Many thanks to Elise Morton for her help with coaching today. Also to Natalie Louise Gorton for all her hard work in making sure the fighters had all the correct equipment and telling them where they need to be and when. And also to the fantastic parents for all their awesome support.

We have a great set of people at Sukoshi Ryu from the coaches, to the students, and also the parents/carers. Who support not only their own kids, bit everyone elses too.

Back to the dojo tonight, work starts ready for the next one 👊🏻👊🏻
