🚨 Year 6 Visit Crucial Crew! 🚨
On Monday our Year 6 pupils had a fantastic opportunity to visit Crucial Crew in Hellaby, accompanied by Miss Hughes, Mrs Hanley, Mrs Angel and Mrs Jenkinson. The visit focused on helping children develop the knowledge, confidence and practical skills they need to keep themselves and others safe.
Throughout the day, the children took part in a range of practical, real-life scenarios and activities, encouraging them to think carefully about the choices they make, recognise potential risks and understand how to respond safely in different situations. As always, our children were fully engaged throughout the sessions, listening carefully, asking thoughtful questions and enthusiastically participating in the practical activities and represented the school to the highest standard.
It was a valuable and memorable experience which supported the children develop important skills as they prepare for the next stage of their lives. We had a brilliant day of learning beyond the classroom! 🌟
