💚Strong in all areas💚
Recently our Parkgate site had their Ofsted visit and we are incredibly proud to share that Dream Catchers Parkgate has been recognised as STRONG IN ALL AREAS😀
Behind those words are months and years of hard work, dedication, passion, commitment, late nights, early mornings, difficult days, big changes, continuous learning and most importantly a team who never stopped believing in what we are capable of achieving.
To our incredible staff team....Thankyou❤️
Thankyou for showing up every single day and giving your absolute best to our children. Thankyou for constantly reflecting, learning and challenging yourselves to be better. Thankyou for the extra hours, the planning, the observations, the meetings, the training, the problem solving and all of the things that happen behind the scenes.
Thankyou for wiping tears, giving cuddles, celebrating achievements, supporting children through difficult moments, singing songs, dancing, playing, teaching and creating moments that our children will carry with them.
And to our children...You are the reason we do it all🥰
Every smile, every new word, every milestone, every friendship and every little achievement makes it all worth while.
We are so incredibly proud of the nursery we have built together. Not because of a grade, but because of what the grade represents:A team that cares deeplyA team that works incredibly hardA team that never gives upA team that puts children at the heart of everything.
Our Ofsted inspection is now available to read!
