Why is injecting the ‘compounds’ you’re using daily more beneficial over bigger dosages in a couple of goes across the week?
Just to clarify, ped usage is never encouraged but if it’s the route you go, limit the health risks that come with it.

My personal go to supps for performance & overall health.
Health is the most important thing in the world so don’t neglect it cause you’re a tight arse! When it comes to timings and dosage everyone is different. For example I spread my magnesium out instead of taking the full dosage in one as it cases me digestive stress. Trial & error is key, the best bodybuilder in the world may do one thing but doesn’t mean it’s right for you.

Reversing out with Reta…
Just want to remind anyone who reads this that everyone is different & I just used an example people can use 2mg/week and never have to even titrate up but I’d still suggest them dropping it down gradually just over a smaller period of time obviously. Some people even dose low year round to keep body composition in a good spot & to support metabolic health.
