I just had to share this beautiful performance that my student Lennon was part of (2nd left from bottom)
He is singing Total Praise by Richard Smallwood alongside the talented young singers of Barnsley Youth Choir.
It gave me goosebumps just watching this video! Watching Lennon perform with so much passion is just amazing to see.

The choir have also had such an amazing time recently, appearing on Look North to talk about their incredible achievements at the World Choir Games in Sweden, where they scooped gold and came 1st in both the Pop Choir and Gospel Choir categories!
They then went straight from Sweden to perform at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.

You should be so proud Lennon, what an amazing experience!

Hi everyone! ☺️
I hope you’ve all had a fantastic summer and are feeling ready for your next chapter!

I’m planning my return to work this month, so you should be hearing from me very soon.

I’ll get back to any enquiries I have as soon as I can. If you’re currently on my waiting list, I haven’t forgotten about you! However, please do continue looking for the right lessons for you, as unfortunately I can’t say exactly when a slot will become available.
I’ll be seeing you all very soon! 🌟

A shoutout to one of my singing students, Scarlett. She works so hard every week and brings so much passion to every lesson. Scarlett is always happy to take on board my advice and applies it to her practice at home.
In fact, I sometimes have to tell her to stop practising because she's so dedicated! As important as practice is, rest is just as important for a healthy voice.
It's been lovely to see how much she has grown as a vocalist and how her voice continues to develop. Her commitment to improving is making such a difference, and I'm really proud of the progress she's making.
Amazing Scarlett 🌟

Last week I had the pleasure of watching We Will Rock You at the Rotherham Civic Theatre, performed by SYPA and it was brilliant from start to finish.
A special mention has to go to my student, Bronte, who played Scaramouche. She was absolutely fantastic in the role and completely owned the stage. Her confidence, energy and talent shone through in every scene, and I couldn't have been prouder watching her take on such a demanding lead role.
The whole cast, crew, musicians and production team should be incredibly proud of themselves. It was clear how much hard work had gone into the production, and the result was a thoroughly entertaining and memorable show.
Congratulations to everyone involved, you were amazing!

Here’s a snippet of my student Charlie playing Grease Lightning at an open mic night. Throughout the evening he was also jamming and improvising with other musicians. Charlie is a talented multi-instrumentalist and has recently started singing lessons to further develop his musicianship. He has great taste in music and a real passion for his craft. I think several bands will soon be trying to snap him up. I definitely see a bright future for you, Charlie. 🎶

Sending lots of positivity to my students who are starting their GCSEs today 🌟
