What a week 🤯

This has officially been one of our busiest weeks EVER , for orders, training days all while in the middle of moving house. Chaos, boxes, parcels, products…

On top of that, we’ve had over 30 parcels go missing recently with a specific currier.

I’m already on it, investigating every single one and making sure everything is put right. While doing that, we’re still working through current orders and keeping everything flowing as smoothly as possible.

And because we never stop …

I only have selected days available for the next few months for nails so please please please if you haven’t already please get booked up because once they’re gone they’re gone. No further days/times will be made and i only have available what I have.

** Not to rant also but if your deposit is not paid appointments won’t be booked and this is applying to everyone and anyone. I’m not holding dates, saving dates, messaging to chase money, if your deposit isn’t received upon booking the appointment won’t be booked (this applies to every appointment).

Failing to turn up to an appointment without 24h notice will require full appointment to be paid before another appointment is booked.

This is now my full time job and as well as juggling the shop, products, orders, training, admin and everything else its not fair with how much we’re growing and getting busier. I don’t have the time to be sat for hours to not even be told you’re not coming which is happening more often than not 🫠

We have girls in the shop also for any last minute appointments or bookings so we can always accommodate.

On a positive note, didn’t want to say it but some of you have already been booking your Christmas slots so if you’re wanting a prime time near Christmas please get booked up/in 🤶🏼🎄

recently attended our School Leavers Nail Technician Programme and look at her work already, absolutely incredible.

Starting from the complete beginning practising at home before and after training and already has a list of paying clients to work her magic on 🪄
