🎉 Happy 1st Birthday to Little Olives Day Nursery! 🫒💚

Today marks ONE whole year since we opened our doors, and what a year it has been! 🥹✨

We honestly can’t put into words how grateful we are for every single child and family who has trusted us with such a special part of their lives. Watching our little ones grow, learn, laugh, explore and make memories with us has made this first year so incredibly special. 💚

Our children are amazing, our team are truly incredible, and the love, dedication and passion they show every single day is something we are so proud of. 🥰

We’ve also been completely overwhelmed by the wonderful feedback and kind words we’ve received from our families. Knowing that our nursery has become a place where children feel happy, safe, loved and excited to come each day means absolutely everything to us. 🌱🫒

From the very first day we opened our doors to where we are today, we’ve grown so much and we couldn’t have done it without our amazing children, families and team. ❤️

Here’s to one year of Little Olives and to many, many more years of creating happy memories, nurturing little minds and watching our children flourish! 🥂🎂

July Staff Member of the Month – Paige 🌟

A huge congratulations to our wonderful Paige! 💚

As one of our fantastic Toddler Nursery Practitioners, Paige is a valued member of the Little Olives team. She consistently goes above and beyond, always offering a helping hand to both her colleagues and the children in our care.

Paige's interactions with the children are exceptional. She builds warm, nurturing relationships, creates a fun and engaging environment, and supports every child with kindness, patience, and enthusiasm. Her positive attitude and willingness to help, make her a pleasure to work alongside.

We are also incredibly excited that Paige will soon be starting her Level 3 Early Years Apprenticeship. We know she has a bright future ahead of her, and we're looking forward to supporting her as she continues to grow and develop her skills.

June Staff Member of the Month – Maisie 🌟

A huge congratulations to our Maisie! 💚
As our Toddler Room Lead and 3rd in Charge, Maisie is a valued member of the Little Olives team. She consistently goes above and beyond, showing dedication to our children, families, and colleagues.

She has excellent knowledge of the EYFS, and creates inspiring learning experiences and supports every child to reach their full potential. She is always on hand to guide and encourage new team members, and recently stepped up to confidently lead the nursery while the management team were away.

Kate is May’s Staff of the Month⭐️

Her hard work, dedication, and 100% attendance at Little Olives Day Nursery make her a valued member of our team. She leads fantastic preschool activities that help prepare children for school and has built wonderful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

As she enters her final month at university completing her Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS), we wish her every success. We are incredibly proud of her achievements and know she will make a fantastic teacher. Thank you, Kate, for everything you do! 💚

Esmeralnta, our wonderful Level 2 Practitioner in the Baby Room and our well-deserved April's Staff of the Month! 🌟

Esmeralnta continues to be absolutely brilliant in her role, consistently completing her training and confidently implementing the latest EYFS guidance into her daily practice. She has such warm, caring, and engaging interactions with the children, especially during story time and singing sessions, where the babies are completely mesmerised by her calm and nurturing approach.

Her dedication, enthusiasm, and genuine love for supporting the children’s learning and development shine through every day, and we are so grateful to have her as part of our team. 💛
