Just before half term, we had the pleasure of giving our Year 13 students a wonderful send off as they prepare for the next stage of their journey.👋❤️
The afternoon was filled with fun activities, laughter and plenty of opportunities for students to spend time together, reflect on their time at TRC and make lasting memories with friends and staff.🎈☀️😁
We are incredibly proud of everything they have achieved and wish them every success in their future adventures. Good luck Year 13! We can’t wait to see what you’ll accomplish next and please come and see us on Results Day! 🎓✨

We’re proud to celebrate our 18-month partnership with Voluntary Action Rotherham (VAR), built on our shared commitment to Fast-forward Top 10 Skill #10- Global Citizenship & Civic Responsibility.
What began as a mutual goal, VAR seeking to increase engagement from 16–25 year olds, and us strengthening volunteering pathways for our students has developed into a sustained and impactful collaboration:
✨ VAR have engaged with our Kairos High Achievers cohort as guest speakers, bringing to life the value of volunteering and careers in the third sector
✨ Their insights have been embedded within our Futures programme, supporting all Year 12 students to connect labour market intelligence, skills gaps, and progression routes including UCAS, apprenticeships and CV development
✨ Together, we’ve championed youth social action across multiple Volunteers’ Weeks, maintaining a consistent focus on civic engagement
✨ Students have undertaken meaningful work experience with VAR, including co-creating Rotherham Volunteering Week celebrations and engaging with local civic stakeholders
This partnership is a powerful example of what can be achieved when education and the voluntary sector work together over time with a shared purpose.
Thank you to Voluntary Action Rotherham for your continued collaboration, trust and belief in the potential of young people, we’re excited to keep building on this success. ❤️

As a result, your image may be recorded and made publicly available in both HeppSY and TRC promotional material.
You have the right to object to this. Please make yourself known to the videographer, member of staff, or your teacher.
