Hereβs one of our amateur boxers working on a sharp reaction and explosive movement drill using a light bag. The focus is landing a strong shot to the chest area, then getting the feet ready to explode straight after the punch. π¦΅π¨π₯
Drills like this help build speed, balance, reactions, and power transfer β all key parts of becoming a smarter and sharper boxer. π―π₯
