Outdoor Learning 🌿

Our garden has had a little glow up. A huge thankyou to our maintenance team who brought our vision to life. They have created a new mud kitchen for us and it is absolutely brilliant! 👏 mud painting has also been a huge hit today with Grace 🥰

We have also added a new planting area. This morning we planted watermelon seeds that were taken from our outdoor activity last week 😍

Hairdressers✂️

A lovely role play idea brought to life by our Pre school team. This is huge interest for some of our children and it was a fantastic way of supporting them.

Obviously the staff team had to be the customers for the day in a very busy hair salon 💇‍♀️

Would you come and visit Northfield’s salon for a fresh new look? 🤔😂

Cooking Superstars 🧑🏼‍🍳⭐️

Pre school have been super busy with their new extra curricular!

They created yummy pizza bagels to take home ☺️
They carefully chose what toppings they would like on their own pizza’s. Lots of fantastic conversations about ingredients and how to cook the pizzas.

Well done little chefs! 🥰

Little Library Learners 📚

Our wonderful babies took a little trip to the local library and they loved it 🥰

Lots of exciting moments took places. They had story time, used colourful block, looked out of the big beautiful windows at the outside world and of course explored many stories independently.

A great change of scenery for the morning! ☺️

Autumn Colours 🍂🍁

The children had the opportunity to explore painting using a variety of natural resources and paintbrushes to create their own autumnal pictures. We have been encouraging the children to experiment with colour mixing, noticing how different colours change when combined.

There is also a wooden box that the children can place natural resources inside and shake, roll and move around to create interesting patterns and marks. This is a fun way to explore cause and effect while developing coordination and creativity.

Amazing work everyone! 👏

Come and see us! Book a show around and see what we have to offer ☺️
