A few weeks ago I had my QA, very pleased to say I retained my ‘outstanding’. Few quotes for my consultant -
“Practical life experiences such as shopping
with a self‑scanner and creating meals build independence, turn‑taking and early maths,
while food preparation and tidy‑up routines strengthen fine motor skills and cooperation” “Children’s behaviour is exemplary. They make choices within a flexible routine, show
politeness and empathy, and help one another with everyday tasks”
“Partnerships with families are strong and communication is effective, with parents reporting
positive relationships and noting that children meet developmental milestones while in
Natasha’s care”

A few weeks ago we had our inspection. We are super proud and happy to announce we were graded ‘outstanding’ in all areas! 🤩 We got some amazing feedback from the lovely inspector -
•’Children in this setting have the benefit of receiving quality interactions with two caring and responsive adults.’
•’Both childminders demonstrate passion, commitment and professionalism in their day to day interactions.’
•’Both practitioners show a high level of professionalism in all aspects of their role.’
