This week, we’ve heard from some of our incredible apprentices and their employers about their apprenticeship experiences, uncovered the misconceptions surrounding apprenticeships and shared some top tips for apprentices🌟

Are you feeling inspired by ? Do you have unanswered questions about apprenticeships? Fear not, we can help. ✅

Apprenticeships don't have to be complicated, here's how we do things around here ⬇️

At Whyy? Change, we go above and beyond the requirements for apprenticeships, by offering face-to-face training, delivered by highly skilled practitioners in open cohorts 📈

✨ Face-to-face training provides an interactive learning environment tailored to the apprentice's and your business's needs.

With access to a well-stocked library and digital learning resources, apprentices will be given the opportunity to enhance their theoretical knowledge and practical skills.

This unique learning experience is designed with your business in mind.

Apprentices can network, share ideas and overcome problems with other like-minded professionals from different sectors.

Sound too good to be true?

We even include accredited qualifications and memberships from some of the world’s leading educational institutions, we’re talking the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Chartered Management Institute, CIPD and The Chartered Quality Institute. 🏆

You might be wondering, what’s the catch?

No catch just added value. There’s even funding available via the apprenticeship levy! 💰
