What a great way to finish the IOGKF Scotland National Event, “Lambert Gasshuku”!

It was a wonderful gathering of the IOGKF family, coming together to train, share friendship, and honour the life and legacy of Sensei John Lambert.

Thank you to everyone who came and made this Gasshuku so special. It was a great weekend of karate, friendship, and memories.

Until we meet again at the next IOGKF event! 👊🥋

Keep training hard!🙏

Excellent!! Well deserved All 🙌🏻👏🏻🥋

Huge congratulations to Sensei Henrik Larsen (Denmark), Sensei Jorge Monteiro (Portugal), Sensei Roy Flatt (England), and Sensei Luis Nunes (Spain) on being awarded 9th Dan.

This is a truly well-deserved recognition of their lifelong dedication to preserving and teaching traditional Okinawan Goju-Ryu Karate-Do. They continue to set an outstanding example of karate as a lifelong discipline, inspiring generations of students around the world.
