This week we have said farewell to one of our Shining Stars as they move onto their next adventure. It’s bittersweet saying goodbye as I’ll miss those hugs. But it was amazing to be a part of their life and to see them spread their wings and fly with confidence into the big wide world.
I just know they will go on to achieve amazing things 🌟

🐝 World Bee Day 🐝
Today is World Bee Day.
We’ve set up a tray with lots of fine motor tools for the Starlets to explore . They have squished the dough, scooped, rolled it into worms, hidden the bees inside and tried to save them and used the tweezers to pick up the bees. There were some new words for the small starlets like hive and pollen. Lots of counting and number recognition. Learnt all about the lifecycle of a bee and pollination. We went outside to find some bees in our bug house 🐝

Parents can now apply for 30 hours childcare which is available from September. Any parents who already claim funding, your code will continue and the hours will increase.
