Weekend Hotel Concierge / Security Officer – York

Support and Safety Ltd is looking for a professional, reliable and customer-focused Weekend Hotel Concierge / Security Officer to join our team in York.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service while maintaining a safe, secure and welcoming environment for hotel guests.
The Role
Working weekends, you will be responsible for:
* Welcoming and assisting hotel guests.
* Providing a visible security presence throughout the hotel.
* Monitoring access and responding to incidents professionally.
* Conducting regular patrols of the premises.
* Liaising with hotel management and emergency services where required.
* Delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
There will also be opportunities to work additional race day shifts at local events, offering extra hours and variety.
What We’re Looking For
* A valid SIA Door Supervisor license.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* A professional appearance and positive attitude.
* Reliability, punctuality and the ability to work independently.
* Previous concierge, hotel or security experience is desirable but not essential.
What We Offer
* £14.50 per hour.
* Regular weekend work (Fri and Sat)
* Optional additional race day shifts.
