It has been a pleasure over the last few years to take part in an intergeneration projects with our local care home and Clifton Park Museum. This year's project was part of the children's capital of cultural festival.

Our Tiny Tot's thoroughly enjoyed participating and building connections with the residents and their local community through singing and fun, creative activities. Here is a short clip about this year's project!

Keeping children safe online is important, and a way to support this is developing healthy habits around access ☺️ there are some benefits to shared screen time with your child but new guidance for under 5 has been shared below ⬇️

What a great song to help young children learn the importance of brushing teeth for good oral health. Why not try singing this with your child during the tooth brushing routine over the weekend?

To promote good oral health children should brush their teeth twice a day, once being at night time before bed, using appropriate toothpaste with fluoride.

We have an exciting job opportunity and are looking for a Level 3 Early Year's Educator to join our team!

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Level 3 educator, who is fully flexible to work between 7:30 - 6 Monday to Friday.

We are looking for a temporary Part-time educator (hours between 20-25 hours per week) for Maternity Cover for fix-term of 8 months, with the potential for an extended contract in the future at the end of the contract.

The right candidate will be passionate, motivated and confident working as part of a team to promote the wellbeing of our pre-school children (2-4 years). They will also be able to work effectively in partnership with parents and have a good understanding of safeguarding and their role as a key person to promote children's learning and development with a good understanding of the EYFS.

As we are approaching the Christmas break we wanted to share an appreciation post for our amazing team! They have worked so incredibly hard, not just in the run up to Christmas but all year too! We truly could not do it without you 🌟

We hope all of our team, as well as our tiny tots and their families have a wonderful time enjoying a well deserved rest before the start of a new term 🎅🏼🩷

Daycare teachers deserve a level of gratitude that words barely cover, especially this time of year. 🤍

While so many of us are rushing through our days trying to hold everything together, you are doing the quiet, constant work of loving our children when we can’t be there. All day long. Every day.

You’re wiping tears and noses, tying tiny shoes, teaching manners, letters, and how to be kind.
You’re managing big emotions in little bodies, celebrating milestones we’ll talk about for years, and creating safe spaces our kids feel happy to walk into every morning.

And then, on top of all of that, you stay late.
You make the ornaments.
The handprints.
The keepsakes.
The gifts that will end up in memory boxes, on Christmas trees, and pulled out years from now when our kids are suddenly grown.

All while still being parents, partners, daughters, sons, and humans with your own families waiting for you at home.

Those gifts aren’t small.
They’re reminders that our children were loved when they were little.
That someone slowed down in a busy world to make something meaningful just for them, and for us.

thank you for choosing patience on the hard days, for showing up with warmth and care, and for pouring so much heart into children who aren’t your own.

Last week our tiny tots had a very special visitor 🎅🏼
Santa brought all of our tiny tots a little gift and the children enjoyed sharing their excitement and wishes for Christmas.

We even took some Christmas photos to share with our families!

We hope all of our tiny tots, families and friends enjoy the rest of the festive period and we are excited to see what the new year brings 🥰
