Forest School F1 Thursday 1st and Friday 2nd October 2026.

The children collected leaves all different shapes and colours. They chose a stick and made their own leaf kebabs.
We used our imagination and creative skills to make mud pies, conker and stick faces etc.

⚽🏆 WHAT A TOURNAMENT! 🏆⚽

A huge well done to our Year 5 and Year 6 football teams, who represented our school brilliantly at tonight’s tournament at Waverley 👏

Both teams played some fantastic football and did incredibly well to reach the semi-finals – where they ended up facing each other! 😲⚽

It was a brilliant, closely fought game, with Year 6 eventually winning on penalties to secure their place in the final. 🥳

The drama didn’t stop there! The final against Waverley also went all the way to penalties, with our Year 6 team holding their nerve to take the victory and become TOURNAMENT CHAMPIONS! 🏆🥇🎉

We are incredibly proud of both teams for their teamwork, determination, sportsmanship and the way they represented our school.

⚽ What a night of football! Thank you parents for taking and supporting the teams - the atmosphere was brilliant and I’m sure the boys made some lasting memories ⚽️

👏 Well done Year 5!
🏆 And a massive congratulations to our Year 6 champions!

⭐️PROUD POST⭐️

One of our Y5 pupils has recently taken part in the Sheffield Junior run 🏃 🏃

On Sunday 27th September our superstar ran his 2.5km race in 11 minutes, raising nearly £700 for Sepsis Uk. This is an incredible achievement and we’re all very proud! ❤️

Year 2 Mini Millers Football Event ⚽️

Some of our Year 2 girls went to Parkgate Astro on Friday. They got to take part in different Disney themed football stations including Frozen, Lion King and The Incredibles. The girls had a great time and came away with a t-shirt and their own football. Let's hope it inspires the girls to play more football!
