We’re proud to be working alongside Jo Ibbott, a menopause specialist to help provide our predominantly female team with the knowledge, practical support & confidence to better understand menopause, manage symptoms & be an advocate for yourself 🤍

We are providing 1:1 support sessions for our staff, group informative evenings & embedding a menopause policy 🌟

We are excited to announce that we have been shortlisted for the Eco-Friendly Early Years Award 🌳 as a team, we are beyond proud of this achievement as sustainability and environmental responsibility are embedded in our everyday practice. Our aim is for children to leave Abbotswood with care & concern for our natural world, knowing their actions make a difference ❤️ our children engage in litter picks, trips to the recycling centre & local zero waste store & spend time on the nature reserve, pond dipping, rewilding & coppicing. Everything we do revolves around respecting our precious planet earth 🌍

We learnt all about how wildflower planting:
🌼 increases biodiversity
🐝 supports pollinators
🐦 provides food & habitats
👀 improves the look of the landscape
🌍 helps with sustainability of the nature reserve
