PE Lessons at The Nest Nursery!🌳

We are delighted to give our children the opportunity to be taught by the amazing coaches at NexGen Sports. In our PE lessons our children have the chance to part take in a variety of sports within the EYFS curriculum. It is incredibly important to ensure that children in the early years stay active, healthy and learn good habits at a young age. Physical education plays a vital role in the growth and whole development of children. Every child deserves the best start in life and we do our very best to support this.

We are proud to offer a forest school experience for all children who attend our nursery. A child led approach to outdoor learning that supports all areas of early development. It’s a powerful way to support your child’s confidence, wellbeing and curiosity. Our Forest School provision is an integral part of our curriculum, offering children high quality outdoor learning experiences that are child led, play based, and holistically focused. Our sessions are led by our trained Forest School Lead, who supports your children’s development through nature based learning.

Starting nursery is such an exciting milestone, and we know it can also feel like a big step for both children and parents. That’s why at The Nest Nursery, we offer gentle settling-in sessions to help your little ones feel safe, happy, and confident in their new environment💛

During these sessions, your child will have the chance to:

✨ Explore our welcoming nursery spaces
✨ Meet our caring team of practitioners
✨ Begin building friendships with other children
✨ Get used to the daily routines at their own pace
