Our Technical Team works closely with you throughout the process, from reviewing your initial project requirements and drawings, to producing a comprehensive report covering hydraulic calculations, product specifications, installation methodology, discharge strategy and compliance references.

Once completed, your report is delivered directly to you. With over 80 reports completed and a 100% NHBC approval rate among clients using our drainage products and reports, it's another way we help Architects, Developers and Fabricators move their projects forward with confidence.

This photo shows the very first piece ever powder coated on our own line at AliDeck, back in 2022.

At the time, it was a new chapter for us. A relatively small team, a new in-house facility and plenty of ambition about where we wanted to take it. Fast forward to today and a lot has changed.

Our powder-coating facility is now QUALICOAT approved, our capabilities have continued to grow, and there are now nearly 100 people working from our Rochester Head Office, all playing their part in where AliDeck is heading next.

From one of the first pieces off the line to everything we manufacture and supply today, none of that progression happens without the people behind it.

A huge thank you to everyone who has been part of the AliDeck journey so far, our team, customers, partners and everyone who has supported us along the way. We’ve come a long way since 2022. And we’re certainly not finished yet.

What does AliDeck’s 30-year warranty actually cover?

We back our aluminium products with a 60+ year life expectancy, but we also know that a stat like that needs something behind it. That’s where our 30-year warranty comes in, giving projects added reassurance around the products being specified and installed.

Our warranty covers three key areas across our aluminium decking, soffit and balustrade systems:
✓ Corrosion resistance – protecting the aluminium against exposure to the elements.
✓ Structural integrity – covering the long-term performance of the system.
✓ Finish durability – supported by the processes within our in-house QUALICOAT-accredited powder-coating facility.

A lot goes into being able to offer that level of cover. From the aluminium we use and the way our products are manufactured, through to testing and powder coating, we keep close control over the process.

We want to make sure that not only are our products manufactured to a high standard, but that our customers have confidence in the systems they’re choosing

Meet AliDeck's Technical Sales Manager, Scarlett Tasker đź‘‹

Scarlett has extensive technical knowledge of the AliDeck range and plays an important role in helping customers find the right solutions for their projects. From understanding project requirements and advising on our systems, to helping specify the most suitable products, Scarlett uses her technical knowledge to support customers throughout their projects.

Take a first-hand look at the operation behind the market leader in aluminium decking with a tour of our 75,000sq ft headquarters in Rochester.

Our headquarters is where our products are designed, tested, manufactured, powder coated, pre-fabricated, stocked and despatched. During your visit, you’ll see the facilities and equipment that help us deliver AliDeck products to projects across the UK & Ireland.

Explore our showroom, pre-fabrication area and in-house powder-coating facility, including its automatic seven-stage pre-treatment process. You’ll also see our CNC machining and cutting equipment, alongside cantilever racking holding over 1,500 tonnes of aluminium across 360 stock locations, helping us keep lead times low.
You’ll also get to see our HIAB fleet, as well as our dedicated training room, home of the AliDeck Installation Training Academy.

AliDeck’s Senior Account Manager, Mike, visited another AliDeck completed site, at Westfield House recently.
