Please don’t be angry!
I believe physical activity to be the cure for many ailments, I know I was ever so poorly just two weeks ago, but a good run in the sun is energising and for me…relaxing!
I didn’t push my pace at all, I just went with the hills!

Now for a splash in the pool!
