🎄🎅Higham Primary School PTA Christmas Fair – Saturday 22nd November!🎅🎄

Important Update:
In light of the weather forecast, the fair will still be going ahead, but it will be held indoors. Please still come along and enjoy the day - all activities, stalls, and festive fun will continue as planned!

We’ve got a fantastic day planned for the whole family - food, drinks, entertainment, and festive fun for everyone! Please invite family and friends and make a day of it. Thank you for your amazing support - we can’t wait to celebrate the festivities with you!

On the Day:
- Admission tickets (adults) and tokens will be available to purchase at the event.
- Remaining Santa’s Grotto and Elf Academy slots will also be offered depending on availability.
- Payment: Cash is preferred, but card payments will be accepted depending on Wi-Fi signal.

Master of Disguise Entertainment what mayhem & mischief will you bring to the Xmas fair this year we wonder?!

What will the children do to stop him stealing the presents from fathers xmas’s grotto?!

With some playground entertainment the grinch will be spending the day with us, why not pop down to meet him for a meet and greet.

Don’t forgot to book the grotto if you haven’t already secured your space along with our elf academy 🧝🎄🎅

Their story: Pizza Con Amore may be new, but they been serving up delicious Neapolitan wood-fired pizza since 2019. Their founder Jamez, launched another successful pizza van which relocated to the Wirral under new ownership, but he missed it so much - hence Pizza Con Amore being born.

🎄 Christmas Fair – Saturday 22nd November! 🎄

The booking portal is now open!

We’ve got a fantastic day planned for the whole family - food, drinks, entertainment, and festive fun for everyone! 🥳
Please invite family & friends and make a day of it.

🎅 Santa’s Grotto
There are two Grotto options on the portal:
• Santa’s Grotto Room 1
• Santa’s Grotto Room 2
➡️ There’s no difference between them, you’ll be directed to the correct room on the day.

🎟️ Tickets & Tokens
• Admission tickets (adults) and tokens can be bought on the day
• Remaining Santa’s Grotto and Elf Academy slots will also be available but we recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Pre-booked tickets/tokens can be collected:
📍 Thursday 20th & Friday 21st November at school pick-up (by the gates).
Any not collected will be ready for you on the 22nd.
💡 Pre-booking helps you skip the queues!

🙌 Helpers Needed!
We’d love your help on:
• Saturday 22nd – from 8am / during and / or after the event
If you can spare even 30 minutes, it makes a big difference! 💕
👉 Email [email protected], speak to a PTA member, or sign up at Parents’ Evening.

🎁 Donations Welcome!
We’re collecting good condition games, toys, unopened toiletries, drinks, or chocolates for Tombola prizes. A box will be out at Parents Evening for any donations. Thank you in advance!

👕 PTA Own Clothes Day – Friday 7th November
Please bring sweets or chocolates in exchange.
If you prefer, cash donations will also be gratefully accepted (buckets available on the day).
