My heart goes out to mums as they navigate support for their kids for the big transition into adulthood.

It’s a time when we question who we actually are. A time for grieving. But also a time when we can finally start to think about ourselves.

I remember it well. Nine years ago I faced a summer when three of my four children left home within a month. (Before you wonder, it was nothing I’d done…one went to uni, one moved in with a partner, the other emigrated.)

It was hard! But I’m ready to share what I’ve learnt over the years and help you start your journey to finding your new path.

I’m running a FREE life audit session in September. Drop me a message to register your interest and I’ll send you some more details. Go on…focus on you for 90 minutes. It’ll be worth it.

Wish you could change somebody or something? Don’t we all! My biggest bug bear at the moment is having to carry the mental load.

Talking is always good when there’s an issue. Finding compromise, compassion and empathy for the other person and thinking of the part we might play in the mix.

I support people by working through issues with them. I don’t give them the answers…who am I to tell them what to do? But I do help them think deeply about what it is they want or need and how to get there. I have tools I sometimes share. And theories. And many people find having someone who listens and understands and gives them an hour to focus on themselves and what’s important to them is worth its weight in gold.

This sphere of control is a useful tool and a technique I often come back to myself…thinking what’s actually within my control.

Maybe it’ll be thought provoking for you today? Let me know if it’s useful, either with a comment or a private message.

Do you ever look at your life and think... "Is this it?"

On paper, everything looks fine.

✔️ A job.
✔️ Responsibilities.
✔️ People who depend on you.

But inside?

You feel stuck.

You're constantly putting everyone else first.

You've forgotten what you actually want.

Here's what I've learned...you don't need to blow up your life to change it.

Sometimes all you need is the space to think, reflect and reconnect with yourself.
That's exactly what coaching offers.
✨ Clarity.
✨ Confidence.
✨ Permission to create a life that feels like yours again.

If this resonates, comment CLARITY and I'll send you my free worksheet to help you work out where you want things to change.

Or maybe you’re already living it?

It’s tough. I’ve been there. Three of my four children moved out over one summer. It nearly broke me.

I was thrilled for them, but empty inside and I missed them madly. Adapting wasn’t easy. It took a shift in mindset. And a rebuild.

I help women like you navigate the big changes and challenges in life.

So if you’ve reached that stage where the children need you less, and you need to rediscover who you really are, comment TIME FOR ME and we can arrange a call for a no obligation chat.

I work with women who want something more from life.

Maybe it’s a better work life balance, a change in career, more fulfilling relationships, finding a new direction now the kids are older.

It could be that menopause has rocked your boat and your confidence. Perhaps imposter syndrome sits on your shoulder and holds you back. Or maybe maternity leave has left you without the confidence you used to have.

I coach women with all of these issues and more.

I’m a trauma-informed coach (having recently completed 20 weeks of training on trauma in coaching with experts including Bessel Van de Kolk (The Body Keeps the score) and I’m also trained in coaching people who are neurodiverse.

I’m accredited with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, and trained by a reputable ICF accredited organisation.
