- Develop their students’ fluency hand in hand with conceptual and relational understanding of mathematics through a mastery curriculum and approach to teaching.
- Improve their students’ problem solving ability improve maths achievement at all levels.
- Improve participation rates in mathematics, in particular post 16.
- Improve the recruitment and retention of maths specialist teachers.
