Due to the weather forecast of rain and high winds we are taking the decision to cancel the Year 3 - Year 6 Christmas Carols. Unfortunately, the capacity of the school hall does not accommodate the whole school and their families from Years 3-6. Although we understand this may be disappointing, our aim is to record the performance and send it though to families to watch at home, this will allow the children to share their carols with families despite the weather.

Dear parents and carers,

Due to the current and ongoing weather and the condition of the roads in the surrounding area of school, some of which are impassable, we have this morning made the decision to close school on Monday 12th December. This decision has been made for everyone's safety which is of upmost importance.

Any further decision regarding school closure after today, will be communicated as soon as possible.

We would like to set the following for the children:

1 - Play in the snow! Make snowmen and snow angels. Have snowball fights and most importantly...have fun!
2 - If you have your Purple Mash login - access the activities available on the site.
3 - If you have access to Times Tables Rockstar login, practise your times tables and challenge your friends.
4 - Complete any of the activities set on your Google classrooms.

Thank you for your understanding about closing the school today, we will hopefully see you all safely back in school on Tuesday.
