Could your child thrive with an education that looks a little different?

At The HiveEd Alternative Provision, we believe learning doesn't have to happen within four walls.
Our outdoor-based approach gives young people the opportunity to learn through nature, practical experiences and creativity- building confidence, skills and a sense of belonging along the way.
We currently have a small number of places available.
If your child would benefit from a different approach to education, a supportive environment and learning that gets them outdoors, we’d love to hear from you.

🌳 The HiveEd is now up and running in Lancashire and Rochdale..The HiveEd has been set up by former headteachers who believe the current education system is failing so many children.
The HiveEd takes the classroom outside, in our natural environment, in which we are designed to be. 🌳

We are biologically designed to be outdoors. 🌳 At The HiveEd we can spend upto 6 hours outside a day. Whatever the weather. Homing in on our senses, enhancing our immune systems and improving our mental well-being.🌳
If your child is struggling with school life, get in touch and together we'll build a relationship that's bespoke to your child.😊🌳

Education is the most powerful tool.
In the UK there is not enough emphasis on learning through play and too much sitting behind a desk pressurising pupils to achieve 'good grades'
At The HiveEd we allow our pupils to learn through fun activities, developing social, problem solving & critical thinking skills to gain confidence and real life experience. 🌱
