ZRC Weds/Friday 5K Run @ 7pm,

📍 Meeting Point: Opposite Rochdale Baths

We are going to do a much easier route, less incline, starting from > Entwisle Rd Rochdale Baths > left on Yorkshire Street, down > John Street and back to Rochdale Baths twice that should give us roughly about 5K.

We'll be keeping the pace nice and steady so everyone can keep up, whatever your running level. Everyone's welcome, so come along for a good run, a chat, and some fresh air!

Can I just say what a brilliant bunch of people you lot are? None of you have to pay to chase a round piece of leather around a grass pitch… but you do it anyway because we LOVE it!

What a game that was, and what an effort in that heat! Everyone played their part, and it really showed. Last year we raised about £1,200 for the cause, but this year… we smashed it with £1,579 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🥲🥲 Absolutely brilliant.

A special shout-out to Tony for helping me get a few sponsors and for his generous donation. And of course, thanks to the Sunday football boys from Royton and Rochdale—and Livi for that wonder goal! ❤️

The lads from shaw and Rochdale who play week in week in out make this so much fun!!, a special shout out to Steve and Tony, and it’s amazing seeing everyone come together for such a great cause.
