Peter Gabriel - Solsbury Hill

A great tune with a cool fingerpicking pattern. The 7/4 time signature and the bass pedal on the thumb brings a tasty tension to it.

Hope you'll enjoy it! 😉

How playing an instrument benefits your brain 🎶

When you listen to music, multiple areas of your brain become engaged and active. But when you actually play an instrument, that activity becomes more like a full-body brain workout. What's going on? This video explains the fireworks that go off in musicians' brains when they play, and examines some of the long-term positive effects of this mental workout.

Joni Mitchell - Little Green
Joni wrote this heartbreaking song in 1966, shortly after she gave up her daughter for adoption, while she was a poor folk singer struggling to make ends meet in Toronto.

The Beatles - Here Comes The Sun ☀️
George Harrison wrote this song in 1969 at the house of his friend Eric Clapton, in response to the dark mood surrounding the Beatles at the time.
An uplifting tune with a tricky odd 11/8 + 4/4 + 7/8 bridge inspired by indian music.
Hope you'll enjoy it! 😊

This is my cover of The Rain Song by Led Zeppelin. 🌨
One of my all-time favourite, a quirky tuning and such an ethereal atmosphere.
Hope you'll enjoy it. 😊
NB: this is my first attempt at making a video, I'll try to smile more next time! 😂
