Team Lily, have recieved a 'GOOD' rating across all areas on a first Ofsted inspection, especially so soon after opening in December 2025.

This speaks volumes about the dedication of this team. The hard work, heart, and soul that Jane H (Registered Manager) and team 'Lily' pour into our young person's life has clearly shone through to the inspectors.

You should all be exceptionally proud of setting such a high standard right out of the gate!

The successful applicant will be working in a solo childrens residential care home on a 2:1 staffing ratio, and must hold a level 3 qualification in working within residential care with children and young people or be working towards this qualification.

What a year this has been for Blossomcare NW Ltd

We have tripled in size this year and continue to be extremely proud of our 'GOOD' ofsted inspection results throughout.

With expansion, this has enabled well-deserved internal promotions as well as welcoming one of our newer managers to the Blossomcare team. Therefore, an enormous congratulations goes out to our newly appointed 'Registered Managers' during this period Jane H and Michaela. To our 'Deputy Managers' Toni and Jenni, and also to our 'Senior Residential Support Workers' Elissa and Hollie.

We are enternaly grateful for the past 3 years, and to our amazing teams and young people whom we have had the pleasure in working with and getting to know at RE, AH & LC ❤️ As without you guys, we wouldn't be where we are today 🌸

Once again, we have lots of exciting things in the pipeline for 2026 / 2027 and look forward to the journey ahead 🤗
