Applications remain open for Years 6 to 13, offering pupils the opportunity to benefit from exceptional teaching, outstanding pastoral care, and a wide range of opportunities both inside and outside the classroom.

The countdown is almost over. Our Enrichment & Extension (EE) Programme launches tomorrow, giving students the chance to explore new interests, develop existing talents and enjoy a wide range of activities beyond the classroom.

Still considering your options for September? Whether your plans have changed, you’re exploring a different path, or you’re still looking for a Sixth Form that feels like the right fit for you, there’s still time to discover Rishworth Sixth Form.

Today we celebrate the achievements of our fantastic Year 11 students as they receive their GCSE results!

Their hard work, determination and commitment have resulted in a fantastic set of results, and we are incredibly proud of everything they have achieved throughout their time at Rishworth!

For many, their Rishworth journey continues as they join us at Rishworth Sixth Form in September. We are excited to see them take this next step and continue to grow, achieve and make the most of the opportunities ahead!

Good luck to all our students receiving their GCSE results tomorrow!
We hope tomorrow reflects not only your achievements, but also the challenges you’ve overcome and the resilience you’ve shown throughout your journey at Rishworth. Every one of you has worked incredibly hard, and you should be incredibly proud of all that you have accomplished.
As you open your results, remember that you are far more than a set of grades. Your character, determination, kindness, creativity and ambition go far beyond anything that can be measured by exam results. Whatever tomorrow brings, it is just one step on a much bigger journey, one filled with opportunities, growth and exciting possibilities.

⚽ We’re proud to officially launch the Rishworth School Football Pathway in partnership with Huddersfield Town Foundation.

This exciting new partnership combines elite football coaching with academic excellence, giving students the opportunity to develop both on and off the pitch under the guidance of UEFA-licensed coaches.

Alongside the launch of the programme, we’re making a significant investment in our sporting and boarding provision, including the development of a brand new 3G pitch, a brand new Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA), and refurbished boarding houses, creating an exceptional environment for students to train, learn and thrive.

Together with Huddersfield Town Foundation, we’re building a pathway that offers expert coaching, competitive playing opportunities and access to professional football environments, while supporting students to achieve their academic ambitions.

We look forward to welcoming the first students onto the programme this September.
