How lucky are we to have such a wonderful management team! Each and every one of these ladies make sure our nursery runs smoothly. Ensuring communication is clear, everything and everyone is organised but most of all making sure our team are happy! They embed our curriculum into daily practices which allows our gorgeous children to learn, develop and thrive in our setting. There is a lot more to their jobs than you may realise and we are so incredibly grateful for all the love and effort they put in dailyπŸ₯°

In Little pips the main aim is to create a home away from home environment, this allows a safe space for your baby to learn grow and develop. They are supported by our wonderful baby room staff, which consists of Miss Roxy (room leader), Miss Maddie and Miss Zoe. Each baby is allocated a key worker after their first few weeks with us, we let each baby pick their own key worker. We have found this helps the children settle much quicker.
