ONLY 4 WEEKS TO GO!

Our Open Course and Dan Gradings are getting closer.

For those grading, ask yourself: are you living and breathing karate? Are you doing everything you can to prepare, not only in the dojo, but between lessons too?

Practise your techniques. Know your syllabus. Work on your fitness. Act on feedback and give extra attention to the areas you find difficult.

Your instructors can guide and support you, but your preparation is your responsibility.

Make these next four weeks count. Arrive knowing you’ve put the work in.

Dan Grading Invitations Issued

Congratulations to those whose applications have been accepted for the forthcoming Dan grading.

Acceptance confirms that the entry requirements have been met and candidates are eligible to be assessed. It does not confirm that the required standard has already been achieved or guarantee a pass.

Instructors provide guidance and support, while candidates remain responsible for their preparation, consistent training and acting on feedback.

The grading panel will assess both technical ability and martial spirit (Determination, focus, intent and perseverance) demonstrated on the day.

Commitment recognised. The next challenge awaits.
