Om Monday we had a special visitor to nursery. Pete the lollipop man that helps the children cross the road near nursery, he came to talk to the children about being safe around the road.

We even went outside for a demonstration where we learnt to:

1: stop
2: look
3: listen

Pete helped to stop the traffic so it was safe for us to cross the road. 🚗 🚘 🚔 ✋️❌️

Today we have the pleasure of a police officer visiting nursery. The children got to enjoy dressing up and going inside the police van.
The police officer spoke to the children about keeping safe and who to call in an emergency. And what number to ring 999 🚔 🚓 👮‍♂️ 🚨 🚔
