11 months ago we closed our doors. Our last post said "this isnt goodbye but see you later"

We are so pleased to announce LATER IS NOW and boy have we come back bigger and better than ever!!! 😀👍🙌🙌

Smartie Land Day Nursery & Pre-School has opened its doors and has been operating since February 2022. We have welcomed back some of our old smarties staff with more to join in the next few months 🥰❤❤.

Team Smarties would just like to thank each and every one of you for the support you have given us over the years, especially in the recent months. You have laughed with us and cried with us, and without you all we wouldn’t have the amazing memories we share today. You have all made this very sad journey a little bit easier, and for that we are so grateful! Thank you for choosing us to be apart of your families journey, it has been an absolute pleasure to share this special time of your child’s life with you all! We wish you all the best!

Wow, we have had a few deliveries today at Smarties HQ. A massive thankyou to Rachael for the giant millie's cookie, thankyou to Sarah for the beautiful cupcakes and lastly thankyou to to Nicola for the amazing cookie pie slices 🤤🤤🤤 the staff have been enjoying their breaks with the yummy treats.

🔴🎉Babies Red Nose Day!🎉🔴

Today babies have had so much fun with their red themed activities! ❤️We have loved exploring the red coloured rice play, and have really enjoyed getting messy with the circle tubes in the paint to make circles for noses! 👃Babies really enjoyed making Red Nose Day biscuits too which look delicious 😍🎉 Babies had lots of fun drawing Red Nose Day pictures with our different variety of red drawing tools💥well done babies for an amazing day and you all looked fab in red! Have a lovely weekend❤️

🔴Red Nose Day!🔴
Tweenies and Pre-School had so much fun taking part in our Comic Relief activities! We all took it in turns to decorate a biscuit with red icing to make it look like a red nose! We also painted paper plates red and then cut out and stuck on eyes, a nose and a mouth to make a funny face red nose! We all had so much fun! ❤️

❤️🎨💥Babies messy play!💥🎨❤️

Babies have had so much fun this week getting creative with lots of fun floor painting with a different group of babies exploring lots of bright Colours🎨and making lots of different marks with their friends also we have enjoyed making lots of different exciting marks in the sand play today too!😱we loved making sand castles and filling and emptying containers with the sand and had so much fun! We have had a lovely messy play week! Well done babies🎨🎉❤️

Tweenies and Pre-School had lots of fun taking part in our St. Patrick’s Day activities! We enjoyed lots of mark making; we used a fork to create the leprechauns beard and used a pepper to create a clover shape!☘️We also made some green playdoh to keep with our green theme! ☘️

✨Messy Play✨
Some of the Tweenies and Pre-School had lots of fun exploring our cornflour messy tray! We made footprints using the dinosaurs and then watched them disappear! 🦖🦕 We also enjoyed watching the cornflour turn from a solid to a liquid and drip off our hands! Tweenies and Pre-School described it as “raining on the dinosaurs!”🌧🦕🦖
We all had so much fun!
