Meet Lisa ✨ She’s been consistently coming to Peach for over a year, investing in her strength, balance and mobility — and the progress she’s made has been amazing to see.

Lisa brings so much positivity and fun to every session, always gives it her all, and is a perfect reminder that getting stronger has no age limit. 💪🏼

Often we choose to exercise because there’s something that we want to change or improve. Why don’t we exercise to appreciate what we CAN do? Why can’t we celebrate where we are in our journey now?
At Peach Studio celebrating what you are capable of doing and where you have progressed is so important to us! Every person in this video started shakily months and even years ago and wouldn’t have been able to do this, now look at them. This could be you too 🫶🏻

As an instructor we spend most of our sessions listening to our incredible clients make noises and moan about how much they hate some of the exercises (while doing the exercises)
Yet somehow they leave with a smile and a wave telling us they’ll be back next week.
It defies logic but it’s true 🤷🏻‍♀️ anyone else experience this? 🍑

We adapt our classes so everyone can feel comfortable and confident to work at their level ✨
In this video you can see a Re-Form class practicing moving planks with 3 different variations! So please do not worry if you have an injury or you’re not feeling so strong or confident this week, your instructor will do everything they can to make it a positive experience 🍑
