Looking forward to offering my ‘The Power of your voice’ workshop at The Retreat New Forest Summer Festival, today, 1pm in the barn.

The 1-2-1 voice sessions are in full flow and have found new powerful depths this year. I feel deep gratitude to every person I work with - for sharing their voices, their feelings, their energy, their thoughts and hopes… it’s vulnerable, brave work (I know this first hand with my own ever evolving voice journey). Such an honour walk side by side with a person as they discover the path to releasing their AUTHENTIC voice. Every voice is unique, every being is unique, and every session is unique.
Here are just a handful of the reasons a person might come to see me-

Life has been so full with coaching and my own singing that I have been quiet on this page this year… I am offering a handful of workshops at The Retreat New Forest Summer Festival July 13th 1pm, and at Elevate Festival , Glastonbury 16th-19th Aug where I shall also be singing Jodie Elms

Hey lovely beings! It’s been a little while since my last post. A little update…

Feeling so inspired about the 1-2-1 VOICE SESSIONS. Such a joy to work with a diverse range of clients, and to feel and hear the empowerment and release in the voices -
Rock singers finding strength and their unique sound…neurodivergent singers (like myself) ‘painting’ with the colours of the voice and feeling at one with the sensations… couples singing as a duo for fun and to build voice-confidence… energy-workers diving deeply into the energetic qualities and body levels of voice release… every session unique, every person unique, every voice unique.

🎪 FESTIVAL WORKSHOP ANNOUNCEMENT -
Looking forward to something a little different this weekend- offering an all inclusive Voice Workshop at Teddy Rocks Festival Merry Woodland Stage - a very meaningful festival, shedding light on and raising money for children with cancer. Thank you Mischa & His Merry Men for inviting me to contribute.

Woman Empowered invites you to Feminine in the Forest. A delicious retreat afternoon for you to connect with your inner wild, bathe in nature, and flow to your hearts content. All held at the stunning Treehouses in Beaulieu.

There will be space at the retreat to follow your own flow; rest and relax in the chillout room with yoga nidra and sound-bath, or, move freely in the main-room with dance and cacao. Or simply bathe in the wonders of the beautiful forest trees. This is your chance to Empower yourself to honour whatever you feel, moment by moment.

I find working 1-2-1 with people such a joy. Going on the ‘getting to know’ journey with the voice, and finding the path to to an individual’s vocal and emotional freedom is a deep honour.
There is such variety in the sessions…
from building power of the body resonance and voice-fitness for rock singing… mantra work and “free vocalising” as somatic-emotion release… sharing past traumas around expression… working on high notes for an up-coming tour… to singing Disney songs because it’s joyful!!
No two sessions are ever the same. Tuning in to the individual matters deeply to me - finding their AUTHENTIC VOICE.
In my 23years coaching, it’s the listening and gradual learning of the person in front of me - THEIR feelings, THEIR voice, THEIR hopes and dreams - this is where the path of the sessions reveals it’s self, and joyful singing is found.
