Ringwood Day Nursery

This week we are celebrating 20 years of Sharon 😊 Sharon started with Ringwood Day Nursery in 2005 as an Apprentice Nursery Practitioner and has remained with us throughout her childcare career. We are so lucky to have Sharon and can’t thank her enough for the dedication she has shown us and the learning journeys of so many children over the last 20 years. With her gentle nature and bright smile she is has been a huge part of the Ringwood Day Nursery experience for children past and present and hope she will stay with us many more years to come.

On Saturday 16th August we held our leavers graduation party, for all our children who are off to school in September. We had a fantastic morning with Mr Merlin entertaining us, followed by a presentation of our graduation bags and a brunch banquet with our friends. 🥳🎉🎓🥐

We held our annual competition today, the entries were all FANTASTIC! Judging them was very difficult, and a big well done and thank you to all who made the effort to enter, and to come and see them all lit this evening.

👩‍💼 Katie: Joined in 2012, Katie's journey from Deputy Manager to Manager at Redhill and Ringwood showcases her passion for childcare and leadership. With a focus on Special Educational Needs, she's a dedicated mentor and family-oriented individual.

🌈 Michaela: Starting in 2008, Michaela's rise from Toddler Room Supervisor to Deputy Manager demonstrates her organizational prowess and calming influence. Balancing work with motherhood, she enjoys walks and baking with her son Toby.

😊 Charlie: Since 2018, Charlie's journey from Nursery Practitioner to Baby Room Supervisor reflects her nurturing nature. As a mum herself, she's passionate about supporting staff and families while enjoying outdoor adventures with her fiancé Ben and son Arthur.

🤩Meet Rachel our Operations Manager (19 years of dedication). Rachel is a founding member of the Day Nursery Group team starting her journey as the Deputy Manager of Ringwood Day Nursery, before moving onto Redhill Day Nursery and later Verwood Day Nursery. Rachel has been the driving force behind our vision for the past 19 years, ensuring every child and their family, experience the best early childhood education.

🥳Finally celebrating Sheila our Accounts, Finance and HR manager (14 years of excellence). A vital part of our team for 14 years, Sheila impresses us not only with her financial wizardry but also her seamless ability to switch from balancing the books to supporting the staff teams across the group.
