10-10.45 Zumba! £5. All abilities welcome! We range from 4-84 years old.

All proceeds go to the farm to help with their fabulous work in the local community, centred around food, farming and nature..

No booking. Cash or card. Accompanied kids free 🌟.

Join me!
Starting in September, we will be dancing in the lively spacious Sarratt Village Hall, 7-8pm on Mondays.
The first 15 mins will be strength work- using bodyweight exercises to work through the core, legs, b***y, sides, arms and balance in a 6 week rotation. Then we move into cardio zumba for 45 mins, leaving you feeling fabulous !

Open to all- male, female, 14 yrs upwards, with or without existing fitness.

Cost is £10//session, with every 11th class free if you use the loyalty card. Also an option to buy 6 consecutive classes for £51 ( 8.50/class)

As with all my classes, 50% of takings will be donated to our charity of the month( please feel free to nominate a local charity)

Thanks to Three Rivers District Council for initiating this Active parks programme- happy and healthy summers don’t have to be expensive!

This week we were fully booked at 40 people- I’ll open up more spaces for next week, but it’s worth booking in good time 😊

Throughout the summer, Three Rivers District Council are providing multiple subsidised outdoor exercise classes, of which my zumba is one!

6-7pm, Thursdays, Chorleywood house estate- meet by the tennis courts .

Suitable for all levels- extremely friendly and welcoming. If you’ve been putting off getting into exercise, this could be the class for you!
